Director of Rehabilitation

Kimberly N. Stokes

Kimberly N. Stokes is the director of rehabilitation therapy services at California Rehabilitation Institute. In this role, Kimberly oversees the development of the therapy team in achieving   quality service through adoption of coordinated patient care services and program development. Since joining California Rehabilitation Institute in 2017, she has been committed to streamlining operational processes to improve patient outcomes.

Prior to joining California Rehabilitation Institute, Kimberly held leadership roles at tertiary and skilled nursing facilities across eight states. Kimberly began her career at California Rehabilitation Institute as a clinical liaison, notably earning top performer within the inpatient rehabilitation division in 2018. She also served as the director of admissions working closely with the regional managed care team and serving as a mentor and trainer to her colleagues.

As an occupational therapist for 20 years, Kimberly recently earned an Executive M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. She is an active member of the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc. (NBCOT).
