Sarah Stevens, RN, MSN, Chief Nursing Officer

Sarah Stevens, RN, MSN, is the chief nursing officer at California Rehabilitation Institute. In this role since 2020, Sarah oversees best practices and standards for hospital clinical services. Additionally, Sarah is responsible for the nursing and respiratory therapy teams, working to ensure safe, high quality patient care and an exceptional hospital experience.

Sarah has a strong background in acute care and comes to rehabilitation nursing after more than 25 years working in emergency care. Prior to joining the team at California Rehabilitation Institute, Sarah worked as a nursing leader at Dignity Health and Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital.

Sarah earned her RN and bachelor’s degree from South Bank University, London and has a master’s degree in nursing with an emphasis on leadership from Walden University.
