Community Health Needs Assessment

The Community Health Needs Assessment is an important initiative to identify key community needs and explore the ever-changing health care landscape. It fulfills the requirements of a new federal statute established within the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) requiring that nonprofit hospitals conduct CHNA's every three years.
