Geoffrey Hall, MBA, MSW, Chief Executive Officer

Geoffrey Hall joined California Rehabilitation Institute as chief executive officer in 2023. In this role, he oversees the daily hospital operations and closely collaborates with medical and administrative staff to develop and deploy clinical programs. Those programs focus on quality, safety and outcomes with a commitment to delivering a world-class care experience to patients and their families.

Geoffrey has nearly 25 years of experience as a health care administrator. Prior to joining Cal Rehab, he served as chief executive officer at Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation Hospital, Edwin Shaw in Copley, OH. Previously, he served as administrator at Rusk Rehabilitation at NYU Langone Health System in New York, NY and as executive director of behavioral medicine at CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital in Texas.

Geoffrey holds master’s degrees in both business administration and social work from Walden University and East Carolina University, respectively, and a bachelor’s in social work from Auburn University.
